Varsity Program
Since our varsity program began in 2018, UT Dallas has quickly established itself as one of the country’s biggest names in collegiate esports. Our varsity esports teams compete in League of Legends, Overwatch 2 Rocket League, Super Smash Bros. Ultimate and Valorant.

UT Dallas is home to over ten gaming and esports-related clubs with thousands of participants.

Tryouts
Varsity esport applications open in the spring semester before the upcoming academic year, and tryouts are typically held in the summer. Watch our news and social media channels for announcements, or contact our Head Esports Coach for any questions.
