Overwatch Fall Tryouts Next Week!

Let’s Drop The Beat! Ever wanted to represent UT Dallas in Esports? Now is your chance! We are happy to announce that tryouts for the official Athletic Overwatch Esports Teams of UT Dallas are NEXT WEEK for the 2019-2020 competitive season! We are looking for Comets passionate and skilled in Overwatch to join one of the fastest-growing collegiate esports programs.
Being a part of our program means you’ll receive athletic benefits as any other sport on campus, access to the private esports arena, early class registration, potential scholarship from prize-pools, all-paid travel to away matches, AND you get to rep being a Comet in the esports scene!
About UT Dallas Esports

We are one of the fastest-growing collegiate esports programs.
We were ranked among the top 16 teams in the Tespa Overwatch Nationals 2018 Season.
We were the only collegiate esports program to have 2 teams in the top 64 for Tespa Overwatch Nationals 2018 Season.
Requirements
In order to qualify for tryouts, you must be a current full-time student at The University of Texas at Dallas and be ranked Master (3500+ SR) or higher for this current Overwatch Competitive season.
Tryout Dates
All tryouts will be taking place online August 6th, 7th, and 8th. You must be able to attend at least one of these dates in order to tryout, however, we encourage trying out for the most dates you are available. If you meet these requirements, be sure to sign-up for tryouts at https://utdesports.com/tryouts2019 and join our Official Discord Server if you haven’t already at https://discord.gg/utdesports.
